With a generous sized countertop, and a complete cabinet set on the inside, there's plenty of space for all the glasses, drinks and accessories that you need to create some mouth-watering cocktails. With room to seat 6 - 8 people you can show off your bar skills and impress your friends. With or without a roof, this Tiki Bar will bring a touch of tropical paradise to your backyard.

Warranty
Natural Palm Thatch has a 1 year warranty.
Dundalk LeisureCraft Inc. warrants our Tiki Bars against defects in materials and workmanship under normal/residential use for a period of five (5) years, as applicable, from the date of receipt of the product by the original end-user consumer. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear and/or natural weather conditions. This warranty does not cover regular required maintenance of the Tiki Bar, refer to your assembly manual for maintenance guidelines. This warranty does not cover misuse or negligence and the manufacturer and associated retailers are not liable for any injury or damage caused by the product. This warranty is a parts only warranty and any service or labor costs would not be considered as part of the 5 year warranty.
Shipping Policy
Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as you place your order. This means we have received your order and have pre-authorized your credit card for purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we reach out to our suppliers and confirm the item is in-stock and ready and for shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will not charge your card and reach out to your via email. If your items are available for immediate shipment within 5 business days, we will process your payment and submit the order shipment.
Order Shipment: If your item is available and payment is processed, your order will ship within 5 business days from order placement. We will send your tracking information to the email address you provided within 24 hours of it leaving the warehouse. If you don't receive your tracking information within 6 business days of placing your order feel free to reach out to us at sales@entertainmenthaven.com.
Order Delivery: When it comes to freight related issues, 48 is the magic number, and signing all BOLs with “upon final inspection” is the magic phrase. Carriers and manufacturers will always try to protect themselves and can deny liability which is why you should never clean sign a BOL, even if the delivery appears undamaged. You also must provide all possible evidence (including pictures) needed to justify any claims. Doing so within 48 hours of receipt is imperative because after that time window closes and are no longer responsible for any damaged, missing, or wrong items. If you do miss the 48-hour mark, we still encourage you to reach out to us and we will try our best to resolve the issue.
Cancellations & Returns
Order Cancellations: Leisurecraft builds tiki bars to order. Due to this, the cancellation policy differs slightly from the rest of our assortment:
1) Up to 14 days from order entry – you can cancel the order without penalty
2) After 14 days, a $65.00 cancelation fee will apply (item #: ORDCAN)
3) Within 7 days of the ship date, the order cannot be canceled

Refunds and Returns: Please not the return policy on this brand varies slightly to the rest of our assortment.
1) Leisurecraft does not accept returns
2) If a product must be returned to the factory, the following will apply:
- 20% Restocking fee
- Dealer/customer will be responsible for any and all shipping costs to the factory
- Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition
- Leisurecraft will inspect the product upon return and Leisurecraft will be the sole decider of the condition of the product and the amount of the refund
