The Body Solid (OSC300S) Black 300 lb. Cast Iron Olympic Set offers the ";old school"; weight set style with durable cast iron construction, a black satin enamel finish and raised, painted lettering molded directly into the plates. This Olympic set come complete with a great breakdown of Olympic plates, spring collars and a chrome 7-foot Olympic bar.
Olympic weight sets are the foundation for many home or commercial free weight workouts. They are ideal for Olympic weight bench and power cage workouts where a wide variety of free weight movements can be performed.
