The Body-Solid GFID71 is the most versatile FID (Flat/Incline/Decline) bench in their lineup before you enter the ProClub Line. The GFID71 is rated for a 600lb capacity, with a heavier-duty design than its siblings and a dedicated slot for a leg developer or curl attachment. 

This bench is paired with items such as the GPR378 Power Rack or Series 7 Smith Machine most often, but can help add versatility and stability to any setup.
