The GPR378 is designed to work with all types of benches and engineered for extreme workouts. Heavy-duty 11-gauge high tensile strength steel frames feature all-4-side welded construction and oversized industrial strength hardware. Electrostatic applied powder coat finish resists chipping and scratching. New and Improved Safeties: Bar Catches are now Square instead of Round.
Body-Solid Power Rack Lat Attachment
Transform your Body-Solid Power Rack into a multi-workout machine. This Lat Attachment will help you build a wider, beefier Back and/or stronger and bigger Biceps and Triceps. Features nylon coated, aircraft quality 2200lb. test cables. The plate-load carriage features 1" diameter weight posts that will accommodate Standard or Olympic Weight Plates (with adapter sleeves). Includes upper and lower pulleys.
Body-Solid GFID31 Flat-Incline-Decline Bench
Designed with a shortened frame to fit all Smith Machines, Power Racks and Press Racks. This allows proper form and positioning for incline press and shoulder press exercises on all racks. Quick and secure ladder-style back pad adjusts to 6 positions. The seat pad adjusts to eight positions which allows all size users to do bent knee sit-ups and ab crunches with proper lower back support. Thick DuraFirm™ upholstery will remain comfortable and won't bottom out. Includes T-bar leg hold down for holding you in place. Built in transport wheel allow easy mobility. Over 1000 lb. capacity. Increase your bench versatility will the optional Leg Developer GLDA1 and Preacher Curl Attachment GPCA1. The GFID31 carries the Body-Solid In-Home Lifetime Warranty and a Light Commercial Warranty.
