Description

The Body-Solid GFID31 is a versatile all-around FID (Flat/Incline/Decline) bench for a lot of applications. 

With a weight capacity over 600lbs, the GFID31 is frequently found packaged with the GPR378 Power Rack and other gym setups in plenty of home garage gyms, as well as light commercial environments like personal training studios, apartment or condominium gym rooms, or corporate wellness facilities. 

You'll find this bench included with lots of our packages since it's also compatible with both the leg developer and preacher curl attachments, rounding out a gym system like the Series 7 Smith Machine.
