The SPRI® 5-Foot Flat Band is great for doctors to use at their practices and for at-home use. They bring resistance to any workout to build strength and to tone muscles. This 5-foot long band gives you a variety of resistance training options to any of your workouts. The band is 5 1/2" wide and available in color-coded resistance levels ranging from light to heavy. The flat band is sold individually and includes an exercise guide.
