Made from a heavy-duty rubber shell for maximum stability, these slam balls are perfect for total body exercise, core strengthening workouts, and explosive power movements. They are a uniquely durable, evenly weighted, medicine ball that you can bounce and slam on any surface surfaces and still get a consistent rebound response. Sold in weights ranging from 15 to 30 pounds. Available in 15, 20, and 30lb weights.
